Stephanie O’Brien M.S. CCC-SLP
Stephanie O’Brien is a New Jersey licensed speech therapist, certified by the New Jersey Department of Education as a Speech Language Specialist, as well as by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association as a speech language pathologist. She obtained her masters degree in Speech Language Pathology, after receiving her undergraduate degree in special education and early childhood education from Seton Hall University.
She has over ten years of experience evaluating and treating children with communication delays and disorders in K-12 public schools, Early Intervention, and private practice. Stephanie is experienced working with various neurodiversities and medical conditions such as autism, ADD/ADHD, executive function disorders, developmental delays, selective mutism, cerebral palsy, and down syndrome. Stephanie has experience working with various forms of AAC and is a NLA (Natural Language Acquisition) trained clinician.
Stephanie believes in each child and their ability to learn and thrive. She is dedicated to establishing a trusting relationship with each child and their family to help grow their communication skills to their greatest potential.

Our mission at Grow with Me Speech Therapy is to help each client and their families develop skills to build communication and promote autonomy. We strive to provide the best care using evidence based techniques to support every child in their journey towards independent communication.
Our Approach
Our speech therapy sessions are child led and conducted through play. We use a strength based and neurodiversity affirming approach to help our clients build their communication skills. We celebrate our client’s unique differences and strengths, while honoring all forms of communication. We use a family-centered approach, and provide continual parent training to ensure the most success possible.
